THIS IS BIL ARCUS SENALIS ONE SHOUILD CONSIDER HYPER LIPEDEMIA IN BIL V K C ONE GETS IMMEDIATE DYSTROPHIC LESION WHICH MIMICS TRUE ARCUS SENALIS WE HAVE K F RING IN WILSONS DESEASE WHICH IS GOLDEN BROWN RING AT PERIPHERY OF DEST MEMBRANE SEEN ON SLIT LAMP WE HAVE WSAIUS RING ON ANT LENS CAPSULE DUE TO BLUNT TRAUMA SOMMERING CRSTALLINE RING SEEN IN POST CAP OPCEFECATION WEISS RING SEEN IN OLD AGE AND POST VIT DETACHMENT GOLDEN RING IN HYDRODESECTION IN IOL FLESSHERS RING IN KERATOCONAS

KF RING MOSTLY FOUND IN CHILDREN AGE NEARLY 6 YEARS OLD IN WILSON DISEASE AND CERULOPLASMIN BLOOD TEST CAN DIFFERENTIATE IT. IT IS USUALLY COPPER IN COLOUR. MOST PROBABLY THIS PATIENT HAVE ARCUS SENELIS IF PATIENT IS OLD.

It is Arcus senilis or juvenilis. It is characterized by lucid interval of Vogt which is present here.

Kf ring needs to be seen with the help of slit lamp and sometimes with gonioscopy ..

Arcus juvenilis as the pt seems to be young hence not senilis

Arcus senilis.

Slit lamp biomicroscopy helpful in differentiating them.... Arcus Can occur in young age also due to some Metabolic changes.. I think patient is having Arcus not KF ring because it is not in Golden brown colour and this case requires history sir... If not correct me sir... Thank u....

Welcome sir. The image was received without history.

Arcus senilis occurs in old age...but KF ring may be in any age if person having Wilson's Disease. So Wilson's Disease must be ruled out to confirm.

This is arcus senilis...kf ring is brownish ring on endothelium...associated with copper metabolism disorder.

Arcus. Do investigation. Serum Ceruplasmin. Please update the diagnosis.
