55y/f tenderness of left toe since 2weeks. Every thing is normal. Management Please suggest treatment and management.
Dense shadow seen in base of proximal 1st phalanx is likely malignant tumor ?osteogenic sarcoma Adv mri Biopsy
Either a primary Osteogenic saro.a of secondary metastatic. Biopsy would be conclusive.
LIKELY to be metastatic bone tumour
Symphytum Q and ruta 3x may be helpful
