What's the problem?
A 48 years female complain of chest pain on left side since two years. Chief Complaints Pain, tenders, burning sensation at over night in left side chest. No any more complain, only weakness. History PTB 10-11 year's ago, DM 2 years ago and under control with medication. Vitals SpO2- 99% Puls - 86bpm Tem. 97°F BP - 100/70 mm/ hg Wt. - 46 kg. Physical Examination Chest tender around the left breast and backache. Investigations Chest X-RAY PA view, tag with below. Suggest if any investigation.... Diagnosis Please suggest??? Management Please suggest???
Xray normal, please investigate, CBC, S. Calcium, B12, &S. Vitm. D", mostly it's a case of Costiochondritis. Follow up after blood report
If any rash hz Usg breast ECG GERD Non specific
Obviously xray is within normal limits Symptomatic treatment
X ray : NAD Look for cardiac cause Muscle pain Breast pathology Adv: ECHO Mamography

Any lump in breast? X ray wise it is normal. Still HRCT Mammography Give Rab dsr Oil free bland diet.
Adv echo CD Mammography MRI of dorsal spine.
Before blood report, you can start, tab. Calcimax p, 1odx15 tab. Zix mr, 1odx10 tab. Actis C2, 1odx10 Brufen ointm.
