67 y/o female with multiple lipomatosis presented with complaints of a lump in the left breast X 6 months. She initially though that she had developed a lipoma in the breast and ignored it. Gradually increasing in size. O/e - 3*4 cm firm lump involving the left breast from 11-1 o clock, close to the NAC. Mammogram - birads 4 (images attached). Tru-cut biopsy - atypical papillary lesion. 84 year old with a lump in the right breast since 1 week. No history of trauma. O/e - 3*3 cm well defined firm lump in upper outer quadrant of right breast. Not fixed to skin or underlying muscle. No enlarged axillary LN. Share your views regarding the mammogram
