which is this disease.. It is in both pal and soke since one year.

looks like contact dermatitis to some irritants like washing soap ,detergents or some chemicals, r/o diabetes because u find so many cracks in the foot, a typical feature dryness seen in autonomic sensory neuropathy in diabetes. treatment is avoidance of the irritants, topical moisturizer, anti fungal creams,avoid frequent exposure to water

Contact Irritant Dermatitis due most probably to detergents with Tinea pedis ( fungal infection due to wetness)
