WHY PAIN IN Lt. SHOULDER ALWAYS FEELING?

45Years/Male. Hard working man. Every thing is normal. Please suggest Dx and Rx

No bony injuries seen Nor frozened shoulder Articular space is good Since he is hard worker likely some impacted injury D/d rotator cuff tear 2 glenoid cartilage injury Need to adv MRI shoulder Physiotherapy NSAIDs Interarticular inj kenacort 3 weeks rest to shoulder Multivitamins and vitd3 and calcium supplements
