This xray chest is positive for covid infection as basal haziness bilaterally with prominent bronchovascular markings bilaterally in lower zones Pt is antigen positive Subject to nasopharyngeal swab for RT pcr Hrct Cbc esr crp sr ferritin and D-dimer Put her on antivirals as per ICMR protocols Relevant supportive treatment
