50 year female having cervical spondylitis symptoms (radiating to hands, neck stiffness, ) from past 15 years.

65 year male , HE IS VERY LEAN ( TOO SKINNY) , VERY LESS MUSCLE MASS+ According to him In this area without trauma, a boil developed then over the past 4 years it developed into this major ulcer.
