Takayasu disease

A large vessel vasculitis affecting the aorta and its branches. It usually affects young females. It causes vascular obstruction, resulting in asymmetric pulses.

This is the well studied ,thoroughly investigated case of Accelerated atherosclerosis, mostly affecting the peripheral arteries of limbs than the visceral arteries .Coronary arteries are not affected. Not smoker ,not diabetic, still the foo...
