Facial nerve palsy
Partial or complete paralysis of the facial muscles of one side of a person's face. It is caused by damage to the seventh cranial nerve. It is usually temporary but it may recur.

65 year male , HE IS VERY LEAN ( TOO SKINNY) , VERY LESS MUSCLE MASS+ According to him In this area without trauma, a boil developed then over the past 4 years it developed into this major ulcer.
