Recently i had a case of primi with 8MA with hypokalemia & hypocalcemia with pedal edema but normotensive.. treated & recovered well. Yesterday she underwent Lscs.. any further problems to complicate the post op period?.. now all electrolytes levels normal.. but what could be the preventive measures for hypokalemia & how to suspect early?.. her LFT near normal except elevated LDH.
