Dr R.k singh graduated  in 2000 with  MBBS degree from NSCB MEDICAL COLLEGE JABALPUR.HE was selected through top rank through all india prepg  exam and joined the prestigious safdarjunj hospital  and Vardhaman Mahavir medical college delhi in 2003. He attained the MS ENT in 2003 and was awarded masters in otorhinolaryngology by the delhi university. During his MS he attend various conferences  and was awarded on several occasions. He also received  the best presentation award in 2003 in safdarjunj medical officers scientific presentation. He did his residency from LG Medical  college and VS Medical college Ahmedabad. In 2006 he started his dream project in suburbs  of Gurgaon  and rewari  in the name of APEX HOSPITAL &TRAUMA  CENTRE. WHICH IS STRATEGICALLY  located on  NH 8 in the region of DHARUHERA and caters local population of adjoining  Rajasthan and Haryana. At his centre  he has developed modern state of art ENT  INFRASTRUCTURE.HE has done  over 6000 ENT surgeries including  septoplasty, FESS, TYMPANOPLASTY, MRM,OSSICULOPLATY, STAPEDIAL SURGERY,-ADENOTONSILLECTOMY . MLS , SUBMANDIBULAR GLAND  EXCISION. THYROIDECTOMY. PARATHYROID TUMORS. MANDIBULAR FRACTURES. LEFORT 2& 3 FACIAL FRACTURES.  The hospital  is equipped  with modern amenities of diagnosis,screening & treatment. Dr r k singh through his social welfare programme conducted via HELPING HAND HUMAN CHARTABLE TRUST provide free ENT CAMPS for rural and poor population with free consultation , Medicines, Audiometry,hearing aid. Trust also provide financial aid for  surgeries of these patients.in year  of 2015 approximately  2500 patients have gained benifits from these CAMPS and around 700 patients  underwent ENT surgical procedure through  there CAMPS
